Licensed Clinical Psychologist

I am a licensed psychologist in Washington, D.C. and have been so since 1995. This allows me to provide therapy services to clients and provide them with third party reimbursable documentation. Through obtaining, and presently, maintaining my professional license, I demonstrate to my clients that I have received (and continue to receive) a high degree of training and education. In order to maintain my status as a licensed psychologist, I am required by state law to “keep up” with current developments in psychology by engaging in training programs and earning Continuing Education Credits through various programs of study.

Over the past 20-years, I have had extensive training, supervision, and education to hone my craft as a therapist. I routinely spend about two to three weeks a year in deeply personal training well beyond the minimal hours required by state law. I do so with the dual intention of working more effectively with those whom I see in therapy as well as to continue my own development.
